Coastal Dental is Hiring an Associate General Dentist Near Capistrano Beach, CA
We are seeking an experienced and versatile General Dentist to join our esteemed dental practice located in Dana Point, CA 92624. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry and a willingness to perform both dental restoration work as well as hygiene services on our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, dentures, and extractions as well as prophylaxis and scaling and root planing
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental assistants and front desk to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed dentist
- Proficiency in using dental office management software such as Open Dental
- Knowledge of infection control systems and protocols
- Strong patient assessment skills, including the ability to diagnose oral health issues accurately
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Invisalign experience a plus
- Russian and/or Ukrainian language a plus
